Prior to joining Brookwood Associates in 2005, Mr. Kaeppler was a Vice President at a boutique investment bank based in the Southeast. Prior to attending graduate school, Mr. Kaeppler was a C.P.A in Arthur Andersen’s Chicago office where he served middle-market companies.

Mr. Kaeppler has more than 12 years of experience providing financial and strategic advisory services to management teams, boards of directors and business owners of middle-market companies, including: exclusive sale assignments, corporate divestitures, recapitalizations, strategic acquisitions, assessments of strategic alternatives, financial restructurings as well as debt and equity financings. His industry experience includes: manufacturing, distribution, business services, outsourcing and consumer products.

Mr. Kaeppler graduated cum laude from Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science degree in both accountancy and finance. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Kaeppler lives with his wife and three children in Charlotte where he enjoys involvement with his children and church activities as well as playing golf and tennis.

Prior to joining Brookwood in 2003, Ms. Williams was a Vice President in Banc of America Securities’ Middle-Market Investment Banking group in Atlanta. While at Banc of America Securities, she also spent five years in the Mergers and Acquisitions group and four years in the Corporate Finance group.

Ms. Williams has 14 years of experience advising clients in a wide variety of strategic and financial transactions, including: mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, going private transactions and special committee advisory assignments with fairness opinions. Additionally, she has worked with management teams, boards of directors and business owners on various capital raising assignments including private placements of debt and equity. Her industry experience includes: retail and consumer products and services, textiles, distribution and basic manufacturing. She has developed a specialization in the restaurant industry after completing numerous restaurant transactions totaling more than $3 billion in value.

Ms. Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in commerce from the University of Virginia where she was a Beta Gamma Sigma.

Ms. Williams and her husband live in Washington, D.C. with their son and daughter.

Prior to joining Brookwood Associates in 1997, Mr. Whiting was a Manager at Taylor Consulting Group in Atlanta, where he provided business valuation and financial advisory services to privately held middle-market companies.

Mr. Whiting has more than 10 years of experience providing financial and strategic advisory services to management teams, boards of directors and business owners. Since joining Brookwood, he has focused on providing mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory services to middle-market companies, including family owned businesses and portfolio companies of private equity groups. His industry experience includes: textiles, business services, industrial distribution, plastics and packaging, construction, specialty retailing, restaurants and diversified manufacturing.

Mr. Whiting earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Emory University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the J. Mack Robinson Graduate School of Business at Georgia State University.

Mr. Whiting lives in the Brookhaven section of Atlanta with his wife and son. He is actively involved with Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, where he serves on the Administrative Board, the Family Council and the Evangelism Team. He is an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoys losing golf balls.

Prior to joining Brookwood Associates in 2006, Mr. Stollmack was a Vice President with KSA Capital Advisors, the investment banking subsidiary of Kurt Salmon Associates. Prior to that, he performed M&A advisory for SG Barr Devlin, a division of SG Cowen. Prior to SG Barr Devlin, Mr. Stollmack was a financial analyst for Wachovia and First Annapolis Consulting, where he provided financial and strategic advisory services.

Mr. Stollmack has more than 7 years of experience providing financial and strategic advisory services to management and shareholders of public and private companies, including: exclusive sell-side representation, buy-side engagements, strategic partnerships, and other strategic alternatives. His industry experience includes: consumer products, textiles, retail, direct marketing, utilities, energy, financial services, and information technology.

Mr. Stollmack earned a Master of Business Administration degree with Honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he was recognized as the top finance student in his class. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and a Minor in Business from the University of North Carolina, where he was a member of the Honors Program.

Mr. Stollmack enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan.

Prior to joining Brookwood in 2004, Mr. Tyndall served as a general manager for two privately held businesses and as a consultant for Bain & Company, where he advised corporations and private equity groups on investment valuations, corporate divestitures, growth strategy and turnaround performance. Mr. Tyndall’s industry experience includes: distribution, software, supply chain management, consumer products, packaging, and chemical, pulp, and paper manufacturing.

Prior to earning his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, he worked in sales and marketing for MeadWestvaco. Mr. Tyndall is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication.
