Transolutions

We are pleased to announce that Brookwood Associates advised Transolutions, Inc. in its sale to Accentus, Inc., a portfolio company of High Road Capital Partners. Transolutions is a leading technology-enabled provider of medical transcription and workflow management solutions to hospitals and health clinics across the United States. The new sponsor owner is interested in driving further growth, and its complementary business will enhance Transolutions’ offerings in areas of medical coding and document management.

This transaction yielded an attractive outcome for management and the shareholders, including CapSource Fund, Centerfield Capital Partners, Jefferson Capital Partners, Kansas Venture Capital and MidStates Capital. The outcome of this transaction was enhanced by Brookwood’s deep experience advising outsourced services businesses, including technology-enabled healthcare service providers.

"Brookwood earned our trust early on and we were always well represented. Their industry knowledge and relationships proved valuable. Their transaction experience, client focus and deal execution resulted in a smooth process. Team members knew what to do and the deal closed with professional precision. It was a great outcome for the shareholders and the management team."
