(“K2”) in its sale to The Halifax Group.  K2 is a market leading provider of mission critical outsourced services to industrial facilities located throughout the United States and in the Bahamas.  The transaction provides K2 and its management team with a valuable new partner to accelerate growth while allowing CRP to realize an attractive return on its investment in K2.

The sale of K2 is Brookwood’s eighth engagement in the industrial services sector and sixth business services transaction in the past twelve months. By generating several alternatives that met the goals of both the equity sponsor and management during an uncertain economic environment, this transaction highlights Brookwood’s deep sector knowledge and process management skills.
