Prior to joining Brookwood in 2004, Mr. Tyndall was a consultant for Bain & Company, where he advised corporations and private equity groups on growth strategy and performance improvement initiatives. He also served as a general manager for a privately held business and in a senior sales and marketing role for MeadWestvaco.

Mr. Tyndall has 15 years experience working with the owners and managers of middle market companies. His industry experience includes outsourced business services, healthcare, distribution and logistics, software, packaging, and niche manufacturing.

Mr. Tyndall earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the University of North Carolina.

Mr. Tyndall lives in Charlotte with his wife and four children and enjoys involvement in family, sports and community activities.
