Mr. Gandhi joined Brookwood Associates in 2011. Prior to joining Brookwood, Mr. Gandhi was a Vice President with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s (“BAML”) investment banking division in New York. Prior to joining BAML, Mr. Gandhi worked as an analyst in the investment banking division of Wachovia Securities.

Mr. Gandhi has more than 10 years of experience providing financial and strategic advisory services to management and shareholders of public and private companies, including exclusive sale assignments, acquisitions, divestitures, public debt and equity offerings, private debt and equity placements as well as various other strategic advisory engagements. His industry experience and expertise includes: metals and mining, energy, paper and packaging and industrial distribution and services.

Mr. Gandhi earned a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Emory University where he concentrated in finance and international business.
