Prior to joining Brookwood Associates in 2003, Mr. Ball spent 17 years in Banc of America Securities ("BAS") and its predecessors investment banking groups. Most recently, he was a Managing Director in the Consumer and Retail industry group in New York City.

Mr. Ball has more than 20 years of experience advising senior management teams, boards of directors and business owners in a variety of strategic and financial transactions including: exclusive sale assignments, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, public debt and equity offerings, private debt and equity placements as well as various other strategic advisory engagements. His industry experience and expertise includes: restaurants, specialty retail, hospitality and various other service businesses.

Mr. Ball earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
