Prior to joining Brookwood in 2004, Mr. Tyndall directed the analytic services business unit of Blackbaud, a Hellman & Friedman portfolio company.  Prior to that, he was a consultant for Bain & Company, advising management teams of Fortune 500 companies and private equity funds on growth strategy.  He also served in a business development role for MeadWestvaco.

Mr. Tyndall has over 15 years’ experience working with business owners and management teams.  His industry experience includes healthcare services, healthcare IT, specialty medical distribution, pharmaceutical services, outsourced business services, technology-enabled services, industrial services, manufacturing, packaging and software.

Mr. Tyndall earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School. 

Mr. Tyndall lives in Charlotte with his wife and five children.
