Prior to joining Brookwood Associates in 2005, Mr. Kaeppler was a Vice President at a boutique investment bank based in the Southeast. Prior to attending graduate school, Mr. Kaeppler was a C.P.A in Arthur Andersen’s Chicago office where he served middle-market companies.

Mr. Kaeppler has more than 12 years of experience providing financial and strategic advisory services to management teams, boards of directors and business owners of middle-market companies, including: exclusive sale assignments, corporate divestitures, recapitalizations, strategic acquisitions, assessments of strategic alternatives and financial restructurings, as well as debt and equity financings. His industry experience includes: business and industrial services, outsourcing, manufacturing, distribution and consumer products.

Mr. Kaeppler graduated cum laude from Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science degree in both accountancy and finance. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Kaeppler lives with his wife and three children in Charlotte where he enjoys involvement with his children and church activities, as well as playing golf and tennis.
