Mr. Harris joined Brookwood in 2011. Prior to joining Brookwood, Mr. Harris worked as an Associate with the Corporate Finance Group of Stephens, Inc., a full-service middle market investment bank, helping provide both M&A and equity financial advisory services across industry verticals. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Harris worked as a Private Equity Associate with USAA Real Estate Company helping raise capital for USAA’s several commingled funds and separate account co-investment programs and as a Corporate Finance Analyst with BB&T Capital Markets, the middle-market Investment Banking arm of BB&T Corporation.

Mr. Harris received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
