We are pleased to announce that Brookwood Associates advised the shareholders of Entertainment Resource, Inc. (including its majority owner, Palm Beach Capital Partners) on the sale of the company to Glencoe Capital. ERI is a leading national distributor and merchandiser of family-oriented home entertainment products (primarily DVD and VHS videos) to the grocery, drug and specialty retail channels. Highlights of this assignment include:
