We are pleased to announce that Brookwood Associates advised the shareholders of Access Diabetic Supply, LLC, including Palm Beach Capital Partners, on the sale of ADS to Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE: OMI). ADS is a value-added distributor of testing supplies, certain pharmaceuticals and related products to diabetics and other chronic disease patients nationwide. In addition to the convenience of direct-to-patient delivery, ADS manages the entire documentation and insurance claims filing process for its customers and assumes the up-front reimbursement risk of purchasing supplies.
